Position : Junior Project Manager

Location : Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Duration : 7+ Months

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of client projects, ranging from simple to complex data management requests. This role requires strong communication and vendor management skills, as well as the ability to drive margin improvement and foster effective collaboration among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery for a cluster of clients, ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards.
• Handle both simple and complex data management requests with precision and efficiency.
• Continuously drive margin improvement through strategic initiatives and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including account leadership, onshore leadership, client leadership, and vendors.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.
• Plan for future demand from growth and projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Address and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the service delivery process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects, with proven communication and vendor management skills.
• Strong ability to foster collaboration and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving margin improvement and implementing best practices.
• Proficiency in managing both simple and complex data management requests.
