Job Description
Does doing therapy the way you were trained in graduate school now just seem like a long-ago-forgotten dream?
At Integrity Psychological Services, it isn't! Here are just a few comments from some of our current clinicians who made the transition to a group private practice:
• "I've learned to love what I do again, thanks to Integrity!"
• "I really can't thank you all enough for the wonderful environment you provide! I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
• "I can honestly say that working at Integrity Psych for the past year has been one of the most rewarding years of my career. The support I receive here has been amazing."
• "Integrity Psych is my dream job. I love it here!"
• "You guys are never getting rid of me. I finally found my work home!"
Integrity Psychological Services is a boutique group practice of over 20 talented and caring clinicians in Monroeville, PA. We refer to ourselves as 'refugees' from the community mental health world of burnout and low wages and reject the idea that therapists can't earn a good living without sacrificing their own mental health and self-care.
Since our beginning in 2010, we've been fortunate to have had tremendous growth. Inc Magazine named us one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Northeast! As a woman-owned practice, we are proud of this achievement and motivated to continue to grow and serve our community!
To meet the demands of our continued growth, we're pleased to be able to invite up to four more Pennsylvania-licensed therapists into our group (Ph.D., Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
We're looking for therapists and psychologists to see children, teens, adults, AND/OR couples. We don't expect you to work with all of these groups, just the ones that you most enjoy and are skilled at working with.
We believe that people do their best work this way and have the most career satisfaction when supported to work within their strengths zone.
Below are our requirements:
• You must have a clear and active license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania (or are a PSYPACT psychologist).
• You can practice independently but also enjoy the process of collaborative consultation no matter how long you've been practicing.
• You actually like continuing education because you look for ways to be better and enjoy learning.
• You have a solid idea of what your clinical style is. You know who you work best with, and who you don't, and can explain why.
• You're well-organized and prompt in responding to client emails and calls.
• You can engage clients via Telehealth and you have an appropriate confidential space to work and are also available to do at least one day of in-person sessions in Monroeville.
• You're tech-savvy enough to use a web-based practice system and to fill out an Excel spreadsheet.
• You agree that the initial session isn't "just asking a bunch of questions" but is probably the most important session you'll ever have with a client. You can explain why that is.
• Ideally, you're already credentialed with Highmark, BC/BS, UPMC, Optum/UBH, and/or Aetna (we are not a Medicaid practice)
• You understand that good client retention is a two-way street between you and the client.
• You share our guiding values of transparency, honesty, integrity, collegiality, and having fun!
Compensation: $100,000+ gross depending on caseload size
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual or couples therapy to high-functioning clients in Monroeville, PA, either through a secure telehealth platform or in-person sessions
• Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards of licensure
• Maintain communication with the admin team through phone or email when necessary
• Utilize the EHR system and client portal effectively
• Manage and communicate your availability to the admin team while maintaining your schedule
• Submit an Excel Spreadsheet weekly for billing purposes by the admin team
• Engage in relevant continuing education related to your license and areas of expertise
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to clients professionally
Qualifications:
• Must be credentialed with Highmark, UPMC, and/or Aetna insurance providers
• Should enjoy working in a team environment that values your unique contributions
• Must possess an active clinical license as we cannot provide supervision for licensure
• Attendance at monthly case consultation/peer supervision is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in using technology for remote work such as video sessions and emails is required
• Skilled in working with clients focused on personal growth and development
• Expected to conduct 20 to 25+ sessions per week, ft
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, IFS and Mindfulness
• Special interest or training in couples therapy is highly desirable
About Company:
Integrity Psychological Services is a collegial group that strongly values mutual respect. We support each other as a team, have fun together, and take pride in the fact that we are a 'no drama' practice. As refugees from the community health world of high burnout and low wages, we place a strong emphasis on having individual control over the type of work we do, and on working in a way that better balances professional and personal life.
