Job Description
• Are you an exceptional real estate agent looking to make a guaranteed, six figure income in your first year with us?
• You will earn at least $100,000 in net income in the next 12 months or we will pay you the difference! Guaranteed. • Instead of merely providing you with leads, we provide you with appointments (qualified buyers and sellers) set by our inside salespeople • There’s NO cold calling, buying Internet leads, or begging for referrals.
• We would LOVE to learn more about your goals and share more about our unique system for making more money.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all leads in a timely manner • Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes
• Be the expert and trusted advisor in all things real estate
Qualifications:
• SC real estate license or willing to get one • Driven to succeed and highly money motivated
• Passionate about selling and providing exceptional experiences
• Loves to learn and improve your skills
