Title: Marketing Assistant

Remote if in LATAM or EU / Hybrid (if applicable or located in the US) | Full-Time Role 

Social-Kraft is a Florida based marketing agency specializing in executive personal branding and fractional marketing services. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Junior Content Creator & Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for design, social media, and digital marketing, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and grow with us!

Content Creation & Design:

• Assist in designing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc).
• Edit short-form videos for social platforms (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Marketing Support & Execution:

• Help schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Research trends and industry insights to support campaign development.
• Assist in crafting captions, post copy, and light blog writing.

Client & Team Coordination:

• Support client communication and feedback tracking.
• Assist with organizing content approvals and project timelines.
• Help manage engagement reports and campaign analytics.

✔️ Some experience in graphic design, content creation, or marketing (internships count!)

✔️ Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

✔️ Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills.

✔️ A creative mindset with attention to detail.

✔️ Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
