Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS is a PLUS)
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Computer Software Capable (for example: MathCAD, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office) Industrial/Manufacturing/Design Experience
