Role: SAP BTP IS (CPI) Middleware Developer
Level: Junior/Intermediate
Job Summary: The SAP BTP IS (CPI) Middleware Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (CPI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
· Develop and maintain integration flows, mappings, and transformations to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.
· Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
· Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
· Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP BTP and middleware technologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in middleware development, with a focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
· Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and enterprise application integration (EAI) concepts.
· Proficiency in designing and developing integration flows using SAP CPI.
· Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules.
· Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data interchange formats.
· Familiarity with security standards and protocols, such as OAuth, SAML, and SSL/TLS.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
· SAP CPI certification.
· Experience with other middleware platforms, such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or IBM Integration Bus.
· Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
