Registered Professional Land Surveyor DFW Metroplex | Full-Time | Established Firm

Join a financially strong, highly respected engineering and land development firm with a reputation for excellence and integrity. We're seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to help lead survey operations and support high-impact projects across North Texas.

What You'll Do:

Oversee field crews and ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy in all surveying activities

Manage boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys

Coordinate with engineers, clients, and contractors to support successful project delivery

Review and sign plats, legal descriptions, and final drawings

What We're Looking For:

Active RPLS license in Texas

Proven experience in land development and civil projects

Strong leadership, communication, and quality control skills

Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple deadlines
