Summary

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Security Team as our Full-Time Security Officer  at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees.  This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.

Job Compensation:  This position offers an hourly rate range from $26.25/hour to $27.80/hour. The starting rate for this position is now $26.25/hour. For those colleagues who have been in their role with Hyatt as a Security Officer for (4) four years or more, the position offers $26.78/hour. For those candidates identified for the "Lead" role, an established rate of $27.25/hour is offered. For those Lead Security Officer colleagues who have been in their role with Hyatt for (4) four years or more, the position offers $27.80/hour.

For overnight shifts scheduled and worked, colleagues will earn an additional $2.00/hour on top of the base rate.

• Full-Time Colleagues:

· Vacation Time

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Proficient in basic computer skills

• Previous security experience preferred

• Valid driver's license is required
