Role Overview:
We Feed Raw is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a multi-disciplinary designer who excels in both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for designing and directing creative assets across digital, print, and packaging, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction & Design: Develop and execute campaigns for print, digital, and packaging. Maintain brand consistency across all mediums.
• Email Marketing: Design and create compelling email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, from concept to deployment.
• Packaging Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update packaging that aligns with our brand's premium image.
• Print Materials: Design marketing collateral such as direct mail pieces, in-box inserts, flyers, and other print assets that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
• Digital Assets: Develop creative for website updates, social media content, digital ads, and other online platforms.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand objectives and deliver strategic, impactful designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and packaging. Consumer products and eCommerce experience is required.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Packaging Design: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing packaging concepts.
• Email Marketing: Proven experience in designing and managing campaigns within Klaviyo, understanding best practices for conversion and engagement.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and overall visual hierarchy.
• Brand Understanding: Ability to align design decisions with We Feed Raw’s brand identity and strategy.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the health and wellness space. 
• Illustration skills for custom creative work.
