🚀 Join Our Team as a Real Estate Assistant – Northern Virginia’s Fastest-Growing Real Estate Group

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic, top-performing team.

We’re about to launch with Zillow Flex , we work out of a state-of-the-art office space , and we’ve built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV , reaching over 10 million people every month on Instagram, YouTube, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🗂 Manage admin tasks to support our agents and keep deals on track
• 📅 Schedule showings, appointments, and coordinate listing activities
• 🏡 Organize MLS entries, property marketing, and transaction files
• 📞 Maintain smooth communication between clients, vendors, and our team
• 🔎 Help execute marketing campaigns and support our online presence

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication and tech-savvy mindset
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Interest in growing within the real estate industry

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
