Job Description

Tagaddod is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tagaddod, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers and onboarding selected candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications

  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate fit

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and build strong candidate profiles

  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

  • Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices

  • Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven 0-2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
