Your Role: Engaging in Meaningful Litigation
As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you'll be an integral part of our team, handling a variety of litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and product liability. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: collaborative in-office days and the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management: Manage and handle litigation matters from inception through trial.
Motion Practice: Develop and argue large-scale motions.
Trial Preparation and Representation: Prepare for and represent clients in trials (preferred).
Case Strategy: Develop and implement effective case strategies.
Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Bar Admission: Current California Bar admission.
Litigation Experience: 6+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense and product liability.
Motion Experience: Proven experience with large-scale motion practice.
Trial Experience: Trial experience is preferred.
Procedural Knowledge: Strong understanding of current state and federal procedures.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
