Travel Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Booking & Coordination
    Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities for clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Customer Service
    Serve as a primary contact via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry & Record Management
    Use our CRM system to accurately track bookings, payments, and client interactions.
  • Travel Advisory
    Guide clients on destinations, travel arrangements, and insurance options to elevate their travel plans.
  • Problem-Solving
    Tackle travel complications—like flight cancellations or itinerary changes—with quick, effective solutions.
 

Requirements

  • Experience
    Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry is preferred.
  • Skills
    Strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, and proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Organization
    Capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities in a remote work environment.
  • Problem-Solving
    Ability to promptly identify and resolve client issues professionally.
  • Flexibility
    Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones.
  • Education
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
