Job Opportunity: Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Location:

Delmarva Region

(Ocean City, MD to Milton, DE, Greenwood, DE to Princess Anne, MD, and surrounding areas)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Responsibilities:

* Perform HVAC troubleshooting and related in-home service calls
* Conduct change-outs, duct work, repairs, refrigeration leak fixes, installs, general service, and tune-ups
* Establish customer rapport to recommend and sell appropriate products and services
* Educate and assist customers with financing options and maintenance plans
* Present a professional and knowledgeable demeanor to secure new referrals and repeat business
* Collaborate with other HVAC technicians and dispatch to ensure business success
* Maintain a clean and organized job site and a well-inventoried truck
* Participate actively in training exercises and morning meetings
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoices, time cards, and option sheets

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
* Solid understanding of HVAC installation in residential and commercial systems
* Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly and patient demeanor
* Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
* Diploma from a Trade School or successful completion of an apprenticeship is BENEFICIAL BUT . . . NOT REQUIRED
* Valid License and a clean, safe driving record
* EPA Type II license REQUIRED
