Job description Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and fabrication, with the ability to work on various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Builder will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and constructing various structures and components according to specifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to use measuring tape and run a table saw with safety in mind. Building pallets to size of products Making boxes from slip sheets to fit products Loading product on trucks Use of pallet jack and forklift Timely communication to the lead of issues that arise throughout the day regarding products and shipments

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work flexible hours with overtime Ability to work in non-air conditioned facility Ability to operate a pallet jack Ability to bend, squat and lift Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to read & write in English Ability to package, wrap and make cardboard boxes to fit product/pallets Ability to label shipments with required pallet & product labeling Team Player Highly Motivated, Self-Starter Strong attention to detail Organization skills Good Practices of Safety Skills Good Communication Skills

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL

Bilingual Skills - English/Spanish Previous dock experience - (6 months to 1 year) Experience loading trucks Previous packaging and palletizing of shipments Previous experience using a banding machine Experience with operating a panel saw machine Experience with operating a table saw machine Forklift Experience - Company’s Testing/Certification will be provided UPS & Fed EX Processing on these computer programs Previous experience in small item packaging for UPS/Fed Ex shipments Monday- Friday from 7am-3:30 pm Join us in building innovative solutions while advancing your skills in a supportive environment!
